Patrick Chiedozie Amadi Bsc, LLB, BL
Principal Partner
Patrick Chiedozie Amadi Jr is the principal partner of the firm and can be described as a well rounded and experienced lawyer in modern time. A sound legal practitioner with years of experience in advocacy, corporate/commercial law, arbitration, real estate, mergers and acquisition and telecommunications.
Patrick Chiedozie Amadi did his tutelage in the law firm of Amadi-Obi & Co. in Owerri from where he founded this firm . He has advised clients on several complex transactions and has earned a reputation for being a through bred legal practitioner in both criminal and civil litigation.
A recipient of many academic awards, he is a graduate of the University of Port-Harcourt where he initially studied Biochemistry (1991) and the Imo State University where he studied law. He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association and many other professional associations.

Chinedu Kelvin Uzoma, LLB BL

Chinedu Kelvin Uzoma is a graduate of the University of Benin, Benin city where is obtained his LL.B before which he had obtained a diploma in law from the University of Abuja in 1998. He attended the Nigerian Law School (Abuja Campus) and was admitted as a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2007.
Prior to his employment under Pat Amadi & Co. (Chiatuogu Chambers) in 2009, he had worked briefly with the LAW UNION, a partnership law firm with its head office in Lagos as an Associate.
Chinedu K. Uzoma’s passion for litigation both civil and criminal is beyond bounds. He is also into corporate practice, property/real estate management. Chinedu is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association.

Vincent E. Ukaegbu graduated from University of Calabar, Cross River State wherein he got his LL.B and was called to the Nigerian Bar in May, 2008.
He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered). He obtained a certificate in ICT Foundation organized by Jim Ovia. He has a certificate in continuing legal education organized by Lawquest.
He is a legal practitioner with passion, a legal luminary who is into property, corporate practice as well as litigation.
